1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Digital Scientists® website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

These terms are issued by Digital Scientists Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11700020. Our registered address is Digital Scientists Ltd, 29 Copnor Road, Portsmouth, England, PO3 5AB ("Digital Scientists®", "we", "us", "our").

Digital Scientists® operates this website and delivers services under the following sub-brands: Pixel Perfect, QuickFireSEO, AdSpark, Fusion Flow and Zoho Partners.

2. Services

Digital Scientists® provides digital marketing and technology services to trade and service businesses. Specific service terms, deliverables and pricing are agreed in individual service agreements or proposals, which form part of the contract between us.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Digital Scientists® or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without written permission.

Work we create for clients (websites, ad creative, software configurations) transfers ownership to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client obligations

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and content required to deliver the agreed services
  • Timely feedback and approvals where required
  • Payment of agreed fees by the agreed dates
  • Ensuring they hold the necessary rights to any content they provide to us

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out in individual service agreements. Late payment may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

6. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes — for example, specific search rankings, advertising results or business metrics. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Third-party tools and platforms

Some of our services involve third-party platforms (such as Zoho, Google Ads, Meta). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms, their pricing or their policies. Costs associated with third-party platforms are in addition to our service fees unless explicitly included in a proposal.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
