Business software for trades
Stop running your business from memory and WhatsApp.
Fusion Flow is Zoho-powered business software for UK trade businesses — quotes, jobs, customer records, reminders and invoicing in one system that actually works the way you do.
What Fusion Flow does
Everything a trades business needs
in one organised system.
Quote Management
Send professional quotes, track their status and follow up automatically — so no job opportunity is forgotten.
Job Scheduling
All booked jobs in a calendar with customer details, job notes and engineer assignment — accessible on any device.
Customer CRM
Every customer, their address, job history, past quotes and communications in one searchable record.
Service Reminders
Annual boiler service reminders, MOT alerts, EICR renewal notices — sent automatically to every customer at the right time.
Invoice Automation
Completed jobs trigger invoice creation in Zoho Books with customer details and job notes pre-filled.
Mobile Access
Your team accesses jobs, customer records and job completion forms from any phone or tablet — no office needed.
How it works
Configured for your trade, not a generic template.
Every Fusion Flow implementation starts with a discovery session to understand how your business works — then we configure Zoho to match that process, not the other way around.
The problem
Trades businesses are running on digital duct tape.
WhatsApp for job updates. Spreadsheets for quotes. Memory for service due dates. Missed follow-ups, lost jobs, forgotten invoices. It works — until it doesn't.

Questions about
Fusion Flow.
Is Fusion Flow a monthly subscription?
Fusion Flow is delivered on Zoho's platform, which has a per-user monthly licence. The implementation and configuration is a one-off project fee. We advise the right Zoho plan for your business size and needs.
Do I need to know how to use Zoho?
No. We configure Zoho to work for your business and train you on your specific setup. You don't need any prior knowledge of Zoho.
Can Fusion Flow replace my current accounting software?
Fusion Flow uses Zoho Books for invoicing and accounting. If you're currently using Xero or Sage, we can migrate your data and replace it, or keep your existing accounting and just connect the invoicing.
How long does it take to set up?
Most trade businesses are up and running within 1–2 weeks, including data migration and training.
What if I already have a CRM or booking system?
We assess what you have and advise on the most practical path — which might be migrating to the Zoho platform or integrating your existing tools. We won't recommend change for its own sake.
What ongoing support do you provide?
After go-live, we offer retained support packages for businesses who want a Fusion Flow team member available for questions, changes and additions as the business evolves.
The cost of inaction
What running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets is really costing you
For a growing trade business, the cost of staying on informal systems isn't just inefficiency — it's lost jobs, regulatory exposure, and the inability to hold people to account when things go wrong.
Financial risk
48% of booked work goes to whichever business responds first — not the cheapest or the best. Without a system that triggers immediate responses and automated follow-up, you're losing jobs before you even get a chance to quote. For a trade business at £400k revenue, that typically equates to £50,000–£150,000 in unrealised annual turnover.
Compliance risk
Gas Safe and NICEIC both require accurate, retrievable records of work completed — who did it, what was done, when, and to what standard. Records kept in WhatsApp or spreadsheets are not audit-ready and may not satisfy a regulatory inspection. GDPR also applies to customer data held informally on personal devices.
Competitive risk
Trade businesses with automated systems are already quoting faster, following up more consistently and converting more enquiries than those running on memory and WhatsApp. The gap between the businesses using systems and those that aren't is widening every month. Customers who book online at midnight aren't waiting until morning.
