The problem

What's holding most
physiotherapists back.

New patient enquiries not responded to fast enough

A patient in pain searching for a physiotherapist will call 2–3 clinics. The one that responds first and has availability typically gets the booking.

Treatment course drop-off before completion

Patients who feel better after 2–3 sessions often stop attending before completing their treatment programme. Structured check-in messages reduce this drop-off.

Discharged patients not re-engaged for follow-up

Physiotherapy patients who complete treatment are warm leads for maintenance sessions, sports performance work and future injury management — but only if you stay in contact.

Insurance and self-pay billing not tracked separately

Managing AXA, BUPA and self-pay invoicing in separate systems without a central patient record creates admin complexity and gaps.

FAQs

Questions about Fusion Flow
for physiotherapists.

Does this replace our clinical notes system?

No — Fusion Flow handles patient CRM, scheduling and invoicing. Clinical notes remain in your clinical records system (Cliniko, Jane App, etc.). The two work alongside each other.

Can it handle both private and insurance-funded patients?

Yes. We configure separate patient types with appropriate invoicing workflows for self-pay, AXA, BUPA and other insurers.

Can it manage corporate physiotherapy contracts?

Yes. We configure corporate account records for employer contracts with appropriate invoicing and utilisation reporting.

How long does setup take?

Most physiotherapy practices are live within 2 weeks, including patient data migration and reception team training.

How much does Zoho One cost?

Zoho One gives you the full suite of 45+ integrated business applications for around £37–£45 per user per month (depending on your plan and number of users). This includes a professional mailbox on your own domain — meaning most businesses can remove their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licence costs entirely. If your requirements are more specific, individual Zoho apps are available on free or lower-cost tiers. Most businesses find Zoho One extraordinary value compared to running separate tools for CRM, email, billing, documents and project management. Talk to our Zoho team to find the right plan for your business.
